Orders are shipped using either UPS ground or FedEx ground with delivery expected 7 to 10 business days after your order is placed. Your order may arrive in different shipments if you ordered from different categories on this website.
Returns
By law, no refunds or exchanges are permitted for swimsuits, thongs, bustiers or intimate apparel. For other items we issue a store credit or exchange if items are not damaged, soiled or worn. Claims must be submitted within 5 days after receipt of goods. All refused or returned shipments will result in a 15% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred. Returned merchandise can only be exchanged for items within the same category on the website.
